Good morning everyone! Heather here this morning to share a project with you – and a few of the amazing cards that I have been seeing pop up on the Unity Show and Tell Group! Been so busy lately that I haven’t had a chance to play with my Unity stamps as much as I’ve wanted to – so it was super fun to get a little time to work with them yesterday and even film a couple of Quick Tip Videos!
Here is the Quick Tip Video for this card showing how I created the snowy background:
I colored the giraffe from Scarf in Winter up in a monochromatic color scheme – a few Warm Gray Copic markers, and then just the scarf in red. I also added some dots on the scarf with a white gel pen, and colored the heart in the sentiment the same red to make it pop a bit too.
I fussy cut out the giraffe, added a die cut border along the bottom, added the sentiment on a trimmed banner, and then tied a bit of jute string around the bottom to finish it all off.
Now – I saw so many beautiful projects over on the Unity Show and Tell page – aren’t these lovely? Make sure and leave these ladies some love!
First up, this beautiful card by Amanda – don’t you love the vintage feel to it?
Next up, this fun and festive card by Mary Jane – the coloring is perfect!
And finally, I love the neutral colors and pop of red on this card by Crystal!
And finally – I leave you with this wish:
