I think it is important to celebrate non scale victories so I will for sure document those.
I love that quote in the Halo Dirty KOTM and it is true… you are never to old…so with turning 50 this past year, getting myself back on track with what makes me happy, with my crafting and finally my fitness. I just stamped the sentiment on a scrap piece of paper then added it to some pattern paper and tied it to the page.
That faux stitching is from the set, Time to Be Happy Again. Definitely one of my favorites, I have used it so many times on layouts, cards and now here today.
I will of course reward myself monthly for reaching my goals… notice it is when not if I reach them
Now on this side I will be keeping track of the fitness. One calendar is for my cardio (mostly running) and the other… I’m going to try some 30 day plank and ab challenges. I will color in a box each day. I used the {aBOUT} the month stamp set. It is such a versatile stamp set. So many ways to use it. I used it on a card just the other week, you can see that here.
Now hopefully that will keep me on track…. even more so if I show you them at the end of the month
