Good morning! Heather here today with some fun cards using the bandaid from Heart Times, and a unique technique to add shine and glitter to your stamped images and turn them into a more dimensional embellishment!
Here is a video I made sharing some of my process, as well as a few tips along the way:
Here is a closer look at each card – this first one used clear embossing powder. It was super hard to capture the shine in the photo – but you can see how deep the colors in contrast to the next photo which was colored identically with Copics, just without embossing. It uses a sentiment from Sometimes I Wonder:
Here is the one just colored with no extra embossing. This one uses a sentiment from My Thoughts Are With You. Simpler, and with a softer look:
Next up is the more pearl embossing powder – a bit of glitter, and sort of a matte shine. This one again uses Sometimes I Wonder:
And finally the clear with LOTS of glitter – definitely a bolder glitter effect. This one uses the sentiment from the same kit as the bandaid – Heart Times:
