Hi everyone, Laurel here again, with another (and probably my last) installment in my fitness planner. By the way, I started using it and am keeping track of my exercising on these pages… so far so good 😉 (yes, I do realize it is only the 6th!)
I used to make a smoothie everyday and then hubby got in on it and now when I do make it, I have to make double the amount. Now the smoothie I make is very nutrient and calorie dense (blueberries, banana, spinach, avocado, flax, greens, spirulina…. you get the drift, LOL) thus it is very filling. It is basically my breakfast and lunch and I have it at lunch time. (I can share the smoothie recipe if you would like it… just comment on Facebook in our group and I will send it to you). Of course my morning starts with tea. I used the heart from the {aBOUT} the month.
I said used to have it everyday, now it is something I make on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. I love my smoothies but being that they are my breakfast and lunch…. I do get bored and like a bit of a change so I alter with my chia pudding ‘oatmeal’ breakfast and salad lunch on the other days.
These little measuring spoons are from the Pun in the Kitchen stamp set. Such a fun set so many ways to use this one. I could also see using the jam stamp on a tag with a gift basket of: homemade jam and homemade bread as a little thank you.
Now that chef…. he stole my heart when he was first released. I just had to have him. And again, many uses for this stamp set, What’s Cooking?
Now that Woman Eat a Salad stamp… who is with me on this one? Who would much rather have chocolate and wine?! LOL I had to add it as a fun addition to my pages.
But of course…. salad it is 😉
Now there you have the basics, I will be adding other pages for my own pleasure through out the month, then of course I need to create my May fitness pages.
What is your favorite salad? I’m not a fan of onions or peppers, so my salads tend to be more on the sweet side. Do you have a favorite? I would love a recipe, I’m always looking for new ones!
