Hi, everyone! Whit here with another fun card creation to share with all of you!
I have been itching to use my Distress Oxide inks in some manner lately… and while searching for some inspiration I came across an older video that Jennifer McGuire created using her Oxide inks and some water.
So naturally I had to try it myself with some of my favorite florals in our collection here at Unity. For this technique you need to use more of an outline stamp than a solid image for the ‘coloring’ part to work.. so I chose Blossoming Beauty by Holly Hoffman.
Anyways… Enough chatter— here is a video showing you how I created this fun card and how you can too!
Seriously… how fun was this card?
Just an excuse to get inky and have some fun. Ink blending always is so relaxing to me– so I could pretty much sit and create these cards in different color combos all day long. How about you?
If this creation inspired you please share it with me over on the the Unity {Show & Tell} Facebook group! Be sure to tag me in it so I can see it! š
Thanks for hanging out with me for a bit and hoping you get a chance to get inky real soon!
XOXO,
