Hi there friends! Crystal here with a brand new color combo for the month of August. This month I am taking a break from our series and hope to inspire you with some bright colors and creations!
Bright right?! I am holding on to the summer vibes with this creation. In my project for this post, the watercolor over the stamp images creates a mesmerizing effect! I created this card with two gorgeous Clouded by Cuteness and Plenty of Pandas stamp set, I love the details in this image and thought ” no need to color those!”.
The backgrounds was really fun to create. I stamped with Catherine Pooler’s It’s a Boy and then inked the outer edges of the stamp with Something Borrowed.
The balloons were drawn and colored with markers and then hand cut around the. These were decorated with Nuvo Drops to add a shadow and a gray Nuvo to make the string.
Of course I can show you better than I can tell you, so I created for you.
The combination of soft and bright colors in this sweet card really turned out fun and I hope you are inspired by what I’ve created!
