Good morning! This is Heather with a fun embellished journal that I created with a simple notebook I found at IKEA last week, and some beautiful Unity Stamps! I used the lovely Gardenia Floral Border to decorate it.

I loved this little mint colored notebook – and somehow gold seemed like the perfect combo with it. I was super happy with how well the sentiment heat embossed in gold – even with the texture of the notebook. Thank goodness for the fabulous MISTI tool!
My video was supposed to go a bit longer, but sadly at the very end my camera battery died. I didn’t realize until I was in the process of editing that it had cut out before I had finished the last little bit – but there wasn’t much missing – I just added some gold splatters with my Gansai Tambai Starry Colors Palette to finish it off (after masking off my sentiment with some simple post it notes so I didn’t muddle them up and make them hard to read).
