Can you believe it is mid October already! Time sure is flying by!
I am loving Fall though. I can’t quite get enough of all of the pretty colours.
Today I made a foliage card with a twist. I added a hint of of blue to the colour scheme.
The set I am using today is a past sentiment kit called Thankful & Grateful Fall.
I love this kit I have used it three times in the last week!
I decided to stamp solely with my Distress Oxides
These are the colours I used, Vintage Photo, Broken China & Spiced Marmalade.
It is a really easy card to make. I started off stamping the sentiment using Vintage Photo.
Then took each colour and stamped randomly over my card using the maple leaf stamp.
I dried the ink with my heat tool. I find that Oxides take a while to dry and I did not want to smear them on my card.
I attached the card to a Kraft card base then added some Moonshine Sequins to finish.
I really love the hint of blue with those colours.
