Stamping Snowflakes with White Paint

November 26, 2018 - by Houses Built of Cards

Stamping Snowflakes with White Paint

Good morning! Heather here with fun snowy background, and a unique way of adding snowflakes to the background using white acrylic paint! The stamp set I featured is Snow Snow Cute – one of the super cute newer releases from Lisa Glanz! Just like its name – it is SOOO cute!

Here is the video sharing how I created this look:

You could easily create this card by stamping the snowflakes and heat embossing, then adding the distress oxide ink and creating an emboss resist effect – but I love the texture you get from the white paint!

I also added a sentiment to this card using the August 2018 Sentiment Kit – There is No Reason. And I originally planned to color in the snowman, but it was so cute with the background and simple – that I decided to just leave it as it was!

Thanks for stopping by today! Have a wonderful day!
