Good morning! I’m back today for the weekly Monday feature for me here on the Unity Stamp Company Blog! So happy that I will be featuring the AMAZING Unity Kit of the Month set on Mondays here on the blog. These kits are always AMAZING, and they hold a special place in my heart since they were the first thing I purchased from Unity, and what got me hooked on Unity to begin with. This week I’m sharing a fun stamping technique for using colored inks on colored cardstock – and adding some extra sparkle to enhance it even more!

The video probably shows this technique the best – but I paired up some white pigment ink with various colors of Distress Oxides, and finished off with some embossing ink over the top. This allowed me to sprinkle on some clear sparkly embossing powder to seal everything in and add some sparkle and shine as well!
This large focal point sentiment from this month’s Kit is perfect for this technique – and super fun for a focal point on a card like this! I also added some white paint splatters as a finishing touch.
