Hi there! Crystal here with an EASY one layer card doing a fun technique of multi color stamping. For this project we will be using the Star Burst background stamp and the Circle Sentiments mini stamps. For our color combos will are using a range of rainbow variations. Black for the sentiment and bright purple, green, orange, yellow and pink.
We are going to begin by trimming the card panel 4.25 x 5.50. Then we are stamping the Circle Sentiment “Happy Birthday” on the center of the card panel with black ink.
Then we are going to mask the sentiment with a circle piece of cardstock with temporary adhesive.
Now to make the multi color stamping we are inking up the stamp with all the colors. Trying to follow a rainbow format. I ended up not using an acrylic block or stamp positioner as the Unity Star Burst stamp is solid!
Once the image has been stamped, we are removing the circle masking and ta-dah!
Super easy card and a great way to create sets using different sentiments.
