Hello. It’s Gaylynn here with another installment of my Watercolor Wednesday series.
Today, I have a holiday card with a night time sky background made using watercolor powders.
For this card, I used watercolor powders called Brusho crystal colors to create a night time background. I also used heat embossing for the stamping.
Sentiment: Holy night.
Helpful tips:
To begin, I created the watercolor background panel using Brusho watercolor powders. My goal was to obtain a night time sky background using dark watercolor shades. Then, I added stamping with heat embossing over the dried watercolor panel. To finish, I added a stamped sentiment and adhesive pearls.
The process is messy, so use caution to protect the work area from color stains and follow the precautions for the color powders.
