Hey friends, Whit here sharing with you a simple way to create a set of cards with simple stamping and your favorite card stock colors.
I am quite partial to the blue family so today I am going to be featuring 3 tones of blue for my cards. I think sticking with the same color family would help to make a really lovely card set to gift to someone that loves sending cards but isn’t necessarily a card maker.
For today’s project you need very few items. I love quick and simple ways to create cards with supplies I have on hand.
So without further ado– here’s the video:
With clean and simple cards I think it’s the little details that really make it pop- like the popped up florals with a bit of Liquid Pixie Dust for some sparkle…
Adding the fun detail of the rounded corner is another cool way to add a quick bit of interest to a card- I notched out different corners on each card.
And finally finding that perfect embellishment to match.. I chose some coordinating Nuvo Drops and added them around the sides of the image.
So are you going to try out this super quick clean and simple card trio idea?
Card trios make for great gifts for friends and family– or a great way to create a bunch of cards to have on hand when you’re in a pinch. Either way— sometimes creating with minimal supplies in just a few minutes really does create the most lovely of cards.
Until next time, Happy stamping!
XOXO
