Hi there! Crystal Thompson here taking over for Whitney this Saturday. For today’s special Unity post I am showing you how to use the September Sentiment Kit Change Can Be Beautiful in a very unique way! Using supplies most likely in your stash, we are Copic Coloring the beautiful fall stamps on colored cardstock.
To begin you will need the following items:
-Change Can Be Beautiful Stamp Set
-Gold Embossing Powder+ Heat Embossing Tools
-Copic Markers
-Yellow Cardstock
-Embellishment (such as Nuvo drops)
On our 4.25 x 5.50 yellow cardstock, we will begin by stamping the sentiment from Change Can Be Beautiful with clear embossing ink on the center of the card panel and then covering the whole thing with gold embossing powder. Then follow around with the maple and other solid leaves from the same kit doing a repetitive stamping, also heat embossed with gold powder.
Once the embossing has cooled off, grab a set of 3 Copic Markers to color the inner parts of the leaves. Begin by shading with the darkest orange and finishing out with the lightest.
Now that all the leaves are colored, we will finish the entire card by embellishing it with Nuvo Drops.
