Good morning! I’m back today for the weekly Monday feature for me here on the Unity Stamp Company Blog! So happy to be featuring the AMAZING Unity Kit of the Month set on Mondays here on the blog. These kits are always AMAZING, and they hold a special place in my heart since they were the first thing I purchased from Unity, and what got me hooked on Unity to begin with. Who DOESN’T love getting a happy package of stamps in the mail every month, right? And these kits just keep getting better and better. For this week’s card, I noticed a cute little flower image in the kit that looked like it would be very easy to overlook, which would be a shame, since it makes a pretty quick, easy, and adorable one layer card!
As always, here is this week’s video showing you how I created this card:
I used a pastel rainbow palette of ink to stamp these florals. Any inks that you prefer would work great, and it would be fun to play with different color combos as well!
I stamped the sentiment first – going bold on the sentiment to contrast with the dainty blossoms seemed like the right way to go. Plus, I love this sentiment as well!
I masked off the sentiment at the bottom to stamp the florals over the top and leave a nice crisp and clean border – it worked perfectly!
