Hello, Alaine here with some last inspiration for the Focus on the Tiny Challenge. I hope you have enjoyed using your smaller stamps as much as I have this month.
Inspiration #1
This card is so simple to make. I started with the small flower from the Layers of Life kit called Soul Searching. Randomly stamp this flower on an A2 size white card panel. Fill in any blank spaces with two different leaves from the the Circle of Friendship stamp kit. The sentiment came from the stamp kit Simply and Lovely and it was embossed with white embossing powder on some black card stock. I cut the panel down and mounted it on a black card base.
Inspiration #2
This card was made with the stamp kit Circle of Friendship and the Gina K. Wreath Builder template. I started with an A2 size card panel and placed an x in one corner. This will be the corner that I always place in the next position as I am turning the card panel in the template. I used a variety of the flowers and leaves to stamp in Versafine Clair Nocturne ink. I made sure to leave a circle big enough for my sentiment which came from the same kit. There was a little too much room around the sentiment, so I drew a circle around it using a die to keep the circle round. Once I had the perfect circle down, I drew a wavy one around it. I added dots all over the card to fill in some of the space. I trimmed this down about a 1/4 on the width and length and then matted it with white card stock for dimension and mounted it on a black card base.
Focus on the Tiny Challenge
There is still a few days left to enter the challenge. Next Thursday we will start an all new challenge. Make any card or project using an Itty Bitty stamp or a smaller stamp from any other kit. There are so many ways to showcase these smaller stamps and Unity has so many wonderful ones to choose from. Be sure to enter your card in the challenge album on the Unity Show and Tell Facebook page.
