Happy Saturday, Echo here with a video tutorial making a distressed vintage banner card. Using March’s Whit-kit. I love the shabby chic/vintage vibes this kit has. It has been so much fun to use.
What’s inside March’s Whit-kit?
Here is everything that comes inside of this months kit. A great value for so much fun!

Here are the first two cards I made using this kit.
For this first one I die cut one of the sheets of patterned paper with the floral background die. I then stamped the Hello in Gina K ink in warm cocoa and colored the flowers in using distress markers. Die cut the oval then added to card with some organza ribbon.
For this second card. I simply stamped the thanks with Gina K ink in kraft on to some of the patterned paper from the kit and layered it with more of the patterned paper found in this kit. To finish this card off I tied some burlap string on before adding sentiment. Easy peasy beautiful card.
After I made these two cards I had a bunch of scraps of the beautiful patterned paper. I didn’t want to waste them. So in this video tutorial I show you how you can use up those scraps so you get the most value from this kit. You can also use this technique for any scrap papers you might have laying around and don’t want to waste.
