Easy Stamping and Gold Accents with Hello Sweetheart Bouquet

Easy Stamping and Gold Accents with Hello Sweetheart Bouquet

Hello…

Lisa Arana here, for Sentiment Saturday time. I’m excited to be sharing a card idea using the May 2020 Unity Stamp Company sentiment kit – Hello Sweetheart Bouquet.

Hello Sweetheart Bouquet

The Project

The Details

I love the big floral and feather filled bouquet image in this stamp set. It is quite lovely.

I used that big image and stamped it around the edge of my kraft cardstock panel. I picked one of my favorite sentiments to stamp in the center and then a few accent circles as well. Once I had done all the stamping, I die cut the panel down with a stitched rectangle die.

I matted that kraft panel with black cardstock and added some foam adhesive to the back. I love the look of glitter but not the fallout. So I used some glitter cardstock I love to create a scalloped rectangle. I glued that down on my black cardstock base. I popped up the stamped panel with foam adhesive and then thought about how I wanted to embellish the card.

First, I added a bit of gold to the stamped floral images with a Gold Wink of Stella pen. I love the watercolor look of this brush pen. I can add accents to where I want. Then, to create my own enamel dots, I just added some clear Nuvo Crystal Drops over my stamped circles. I’m most excited about this. I can create any color of dots I want now.

Check out the video to watch my process. It’s fun to see how it all comes together.
