Hello Friends…
It is a jam-packed post today. I am loving the brand new Favorite Dad stamp set by Unity Stamp Company. It is so amazing for Father’s Day cards and I can’t wait to use it in the future for more cards for my dad. I have 3 different cards to share today and I hope you love them as much as I do.

Card #1
The Details
Up first, we have this clean and simple card. It may be my favorite. Shhhhh, don’t tell anyone I have a favorite. You really shouldn’t have a favorite right? I just love all the clean lines in this card, it is almost like a tailored suit.
There is a bit of dimension from the popped up black frame. The little peek of the gray frame just helps to highlight that amazing father sentiment.
While I almost went with a completely monochromatic color tone, at the last minute, I decided to add in a bit of aqua. I think it was the right choice.

Card #2
The Details
This card is a bit busier but still simple to create. I love how you can use the dad sentiment over and over again to create a patterned background. It’s big and bold and if you turn it as you stamp it creates a nice balance of the design. At first, I had them all going in the same direction. But if you throw in one or two upside-down dads you will be pleasantly surprised at the result. Then, I filled in a few of the spaces with the smaller words in this kit. LOVE the final result, how about you?
This card requires no die cuts but you can use them if you want. I added a few accents with some Distress Ink Spray Ink in Black Soot, my new favorite aqua Nuvo Drops and a few teeny tiny silver stars. I just love the movement all those elements create.

I’ve created a quick video tutorial so you can see how this all came together.
Card #3
The Details
Here is our final card for the day. I adore this one so much too. It’s pretty funny. Haha. I love that mustache and the fun sentiment. This card could be for any occasion. All you need to do is decide on what occasion you need and change up the sentiment inside.
I made another Father’s Day card but you could easily change it out for a birthday sentiment. Unity has a ton in their inventory. I know I a bunch in my Unity stash I could pull from.
I don’t finish the inside of my cards enough. But I knew who this one would be for and I knew the occasion so I went for it. Really, I need to do this more often!!!

I have one last video to share my process on this card as well.
