Hi there! Crystal here with an EASY DIY hand-drawn background the easily coordinated ANY stamped Unity image. A few weeks ago, I had colored these gorgeous florals from the Friends Like You designed by Graciellie Design.
The products needed for this card:
- Friends Like You Stamp Set
- Black Ink
- Copic Markers
- White Cardstock
- Foam Adhesive
- Black Nuvo Drops
- Ruler
- Black Fine Point Marker

We are going to begin stamping the florals and the sentiment from Friends Like You Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Copic friendly ink and color. Then using a fine pair of scissors fuzzy cut the images and sentiment, add foam adhesive to the back of them.
Now for the DIY background, grab 2 markers used in the coloring of the images. With a ruler draw horizontal lines with each marker and then draw the line on top of each markered line with a fine point black pen or sharpie.
Repeat this process all the way through the end of the card. My lines are about 1/2 inch in separation. Once this is done, add the stamped, colored images. The florals from Friends Like You Stamp Set are quite large, so I did end up trimming the tops of them to line up with the card edges.
The sentiment was then placed right on the center and finished the card by embellishing with Black Nuvo Drops.
