Hi there! Crystal here with Unity Stamp Company for a Partial Blend Background using the beautiful stamp set called Smile You Are Loved along with some very simple supplies to create another inspiration with this stamp set.
As I mentioned this card is made with super simple supplies, and a Copic colored floral from the Smile You Are Loved. For this project you will need the following supplies:
- Smile You Are Loved
- Words Of Hope
- Distress Oxide in Shabby Shutters & Peeled Paint
- Grid Stencil
- Copics
- Blender Brushes
- White Paint to Splatter
- White & Black Nuvo
- Foam Adhesive
- Neenah 110lb Cardstock
To begin, I trimmed two pieces of cardstock (one) 5.50 inches by 4.25 inches. The second one to 5.25 by 4.00 inches. Set the larger cardstock aside.
Next, stamp the sentiment from the Words of Hope using the Distress Oxide Peeled Paint on the upper right corner. With Shabby Shutters stamp the leaves next to the left of the sentiment.
Using the grid stencil, I place it under the sentiment and ink blend the a grid using both the Peeled Paint and Shabby Shutters, keeping away from the sentiment. Then splattered white paint and gold paint over the ink blending.
Stamp and color Smile You Are Loved florals and color with Copics using yellow and grays colors.
Then I matted the ink blended cardstock over the larger 5.50 in by 4.25. Then placed the florals over the leaves using a foam adhesive.
I finished up with pearled and white Nuvo drops.
