Hi friends! This is Sandhya and I am back with more inspiration for the March challenge – All Things Spring over at the Unity Show and Tell Facebook Page. Today, I am sharing two loose watercolor daffodils cards featuring the March Beginnings stamp set from Unity Stamp Company.
Technique Details for Watercolor Daffodils Cards
I used the wet on wet technique and held the brush higher up to achieve a loose and whimsical watercolor effect for my cards. The watercolors I am using are student-grade colors and nothing super fancy. You can watch my process in the video below or head over to my YouTube Channel to watch it in HD.
For the first card, I used a Rumi quote from the Growth is a Process SMAK kit. I die cut the panel with the deckled edge die from Sizzix and added some ribbon too. I used foam tape to pop up the panel on the card base.
Here’s a list of the featured products I used in my projects. I have included affiliate links in some cases to help me earn a tiny commission at no additional cost to you when you shop through them.
