Hi there! Today on Color Combos with Crystal I am using the April Whit Kit for our color combination inspiration. The pattern paper included in the kit is absolutely gorgeous and the colors of the prints are bright and fun. So stay tuned on how we are making this card, that is easy to create and make multiples.
For this project I used:
- Kindness is Magic Paper Pack
- Tonic Pearlescent Card in Blue Frost
- Nuvo Dream Drop in Enchanted Elixir
- Unit Say It Big Dies
- Foam Adhesive
To begin, I trimmed the pattern paper and the pearlescent cardstock to 5.50x 4.25 inches.
Then I placed the pattern paper over the pearlescent and ripped the pattern paper so I could see how the top layer would look like over the Blue Frost Cardstock.
Then with large foam adhesive, I placed the larger ripped pattern paper over the Blue frost.
With a separate sheet of both blue frost and the Kindness of Magic pattern paper used the Congrats Say It Big Dies. I cut two sets of the dies so I could mix and match.
I placed the patterned paper congrats inside the blue frost pearlescent, then added more foam adhesive strips on the back and place the sentiment over the edge of the torn up pattern paper.
To embellish, I placed 4x dots of Nuvo Dream Drop in Enchanted Elixir.
