Hello friends! This is Sandhya, and today I am bringing you a taste of fall in summer with this cute card. For my card, I used the latest addition to Unity’s fall-themed stamps. I know that we are in the midst of summer, but I had to share this card because today is the last day to snag this beauty for free with your purchase of over $75.
A Taste of Fall Card Details
First, I started by stamping the pumpkin and latte stamp with Copic-friendly ink on Neenah 80lb cardstock. I used Copic markers to color my images. Usually, I don’t list specific marker shades used because I randomly pluck a dark, medium, and light shade for any color I plan to use and work with them.
Next, I stamped a sentiment from the August 2020 KOM with Versafine Claire ink. Then, I die cut this focal point for my card using postage stamp border dies. I chose a coordinating pattern paper from the Trick or Treat paper pack also from Unity and die cut it using a wonky stitched rectangle die. Then, I wrapped some burlap ribbon around the card panel and popped it over a white A2 card base.
I popped the focal element right in the center of the ribbon, once again using a generous amount of foam tape. To add a finishing touch, I picked a couple of wooden heart embellishments from my stash.
