Good morning! I’m back today for the weekly Monday feature for me here on the Unity Stamp Company Blog! So happy to be featuring the AMAZING Unity Kit of the Month set on Mondays here on the blog. These kits are always AMAZING, and they hold a special place in my heart since they were the first thing I purchased from Unity, and what got me hooked on Unity to begin with. Who DOESN’T love getting a happy package of stamps in the mail every month, right? And these kits just keep getting better and better. This card is nice and clean and simple – with some layered stamping to create a fun frame effect for the sentiment in the focal point!

Distress oxides work perfectly for this layered stamping! You could also do it on watercolor paper with oxides, or regular distress inks, and mist with water for a softer watercolor effect.
I also love to mix up a different color into the traditional fall color combo. Using the expected orange, yellow, and brown – and then tossing in a bit of teal to offset all the warm colors is so fun!
And aren’t those little metallic gold pearls the perfect finishing touch? A bit of sparkle, shine, and dimension all in one!
