Hearts of Old- February Heart challenge
Happy Thursday crafters! Echo here from Stamp N Ground. Today starts a brand new challenge for the month. I am hosting the February Heart Challenge over on the Unity Show N Tell Facebook group. All things hearts. Today I am sharing a heart card I made using the Wooden Heart and Hearts of Old stamp kits.
I did make a second card with the Wooden Heart stamp kit. I just couldn’t put it away.
Start by stamping the solid heart image onto a white piece of card stock. I inked it up with pink ink and stamped it. Then I added brown ink to just the edges then stamped it on top of the pink ink. Next I stamped the wood rings in a darker brown ink. I used a white colored pencil to color in the center heart and added a small heart embellishment. Fussy cut heart and popped it on a stamped Buffalo Check background.
I think even if it has a bit of pink it would be great to give to a husband or boyfriend.
I hope you join the February Heart Challenge. Remember these challenges are meant to inspire not require. Let’s have some fun and stamp our hearts out!
