Two-fer with Pretty Posies

Hi, this is Sandhya, and I am back on the Unity Blog with two cards featuring the Pretty Posies Background and the Well, Hello stamp sets. There are from the latest Birthday Release at Unity and coordinate so beautifully together! I stamped and watercolored the Pretty Posies background on Fabriano hot pressed watercolor paper. Then I spritzed it with shimmer spray and let it dry. Then I cut it up so that one part fits perfectly inside this beautiful die-cut frame from Gina Marie Designs. I added a sentiment from Well, Hello and embellished it with a charm and some jute ribbon. For the second card, I stamped and colored the Well, Hello flower with Copic markers and fussy cut it out. The sentiment is from the Hello Succulents stamp set. Next, I used the leftover piece of the colored background with another leftover negative of a die-cut piece to create another background. I added layers of washi tape and some vellum to ground my focal point.
