Happy Monday Crafters, Echo here sharing an autumn day wheat card. I’m in Montana and we grow a lot of wheat here. You may have seen the Wheat Montana flour in your grocery stores. When I saw that wheat sprig in this month’s kit I got all kinds of inspired! I absolutely adore this month’s kit. I have been a member since 2016 and love all my kits. It’s such a great value. If you haven’t seen this month’s kit here is a look at the whole membership kit.
Can you believe you get a full sheet of rubber for only $42. That includes shipping! You also get a $6.95 discount on every order from Unity over $40. You also can get any past kit for only $26 plus shipping. That is the best value around!

Autumn Day Wheat
I love how fast this card came together. All one really needs is a great detailed stamp and sentiment and the card is practically done. Here are the details on making this card.
Start by stamping the wheat spring and sentiment in Copic friendly black ink onto a white A2 size card panel.
Start coloring process with the darkest color. I used YR23
Then add the next Copic colors. Y18 and Y21
Ink blend all around the edges. I used Gina K in tranquil teal.
Then add some ink splatters using the same color as blending.
and some more ink splatters. Distress oxide in fossilized amber.
Now for die cutting. I am obsessed with this scallops and rectangles nesting dies. This should be a stable in any craft room. I reach for it so often.
Added it to a kraft card base and put a few gems on it for some bling.
Here is the finished card. I will leave you with another sample I did. Using just a single image and sentiment. By changing up the colors you can get a whole different feel.
Have a great week. Thank you, for joining me today!
