Happy Tuesday!!! Maria here with you today for a fun new card. I’ve been wanting to do something fun with the kit called Eiffel Grunge.
I pulled it out and just started stamping a few of the towers then thought OHH this might be fun to make a very dimensional Eiffel Tower!
This is what I created:
I didn’t get a video on my process (I did though of the final card will post at the end) but I did snap pictures along the way…..
Here is the kit and the multiple times I stamped it 🙂 I used my Misti Tool to get a great impression with black Versafine Claire ink.
Time to do a little fussy cutting!
I used Tim Holtz’s Rectangle dies Stacked Deckle to cut out one of the towers and then a mat for the bottom of it. The pink mat for the image was also embossed using the Swiss Dots embossing folder by Cuttlebug.
I colored the flowers in pink using Tombow markers.
Using foam dots I layered up the towers!
I distressed a sheet from the paper pack called Newsprint Greetings. I used the Tim Holtz distress tool along the edges and then some color, a little pink along the edges and black on the edges.
Finished piece:
Thanks for stopping by today! I hope you found this to be inspirational. Be sure to share your work in the Unity Show & Tell page on facebook.
