Welcome to the merry month of May and another ‘Take Me Back Tuesday’
Mother’s Day is just around the corner so I wanted to direct some focus to the all Moms out there!
Immediately large flowers came to mind…so why not combine the two!?
Lets take a look at the stamp sets I chose to go back and revisit…
This is the perfect sentiment set for all the Mother’s Day goodness…I love how it includes aunties and even those that are like mom’s to us.
This little birdie called to me – I needed to create it into a Mother’s Day card…. and I just love how it turned out. I also want to give a shout out to design team member, Karen Maldonado. I was inspired by her sweet designs to use my seam binding on this card. Thank you for the fab idea, Karen! I think it added the perfect finishing touch.
I love combining stamp sets to accommodate the look, feel, or theme I am trying to achieve. This is such a great way to get so much more mileage out of your stamps. This beautiful rose image could be used for so many purposes (not just for sympathy cards, as it was originally designed for).
I chose to turn it into a wedding card…but it would also make another beautiful Mother’s Day card.
I hope you all feel inspired to get creating with those big beautiful florals! And maybe even make a card or two for a mom you may know….
