Slices of Summer, Whit-kit
Happy Sunday crafters! Echo here with a video tutorial using Slices of Summer, Whit-kit. I had so much fun cooling down from the summer heat crafting with this kit. There was so much that came in this kit. I love the layering stencil. Plus the amazing stamps and paper pack. All beautifully coordinated with each other. Whit knocked out of the park this month.
Here is a look at the whole kit if you haven’t seen it yet.
What’s inside the July’s Whit-kit?
Can you believe you get all that for only $42.99

Slices of Summer, Whit-kit
I’m loving these sweet sweet summer cards! I have two more cards to show you.
For this card I stamped the main watermelon image with black Copic friendly ink. Then I colored it with my Copic markers and fussy cut image. Did some simple ink blending then added ink splatters. I pulled out some of the beautiful patterned paper for the bottom of the card. Stamped the sentiment and embossed with white embossing powder. Die cut using the Deckled & Stitches {nesting dies} Popped up watermelon with foam tape. Assembled card.
For this card I used the layering stencils on a white card panel. Then I ink splattered the card panel with the same color ink. Ripped it and add black matting peeking out from the ripped card panel. Then I added the ribbed card panel to some of the patterned paper from the paper pack and die cut with the Scallops & Rectangles {nesting dies} Stamped, embossed, and die cut the sentiment. Add some silver thread and popped up sentiment and ephemera with foam tape.
Have a great weekend. Thank you, for joining me today!
