Hello, it’s Gaylynn. Today, I am sharing heartfelt greetings with a stencil paste tulip card, to lend support. This was made using stamping, ink blending and stenciling with glitter paste.
This card works for condolences, illness, life challenges, support and more.
Sentiment:
When no words will do… this card is my hug to you.
Here is a look at the same card without the direct light. It shimmers so much prettier in person.
Helpful Tips:
In summary, to make this stencil paste tulip card, begin by preparing an A2 sized card base in white. Then, onto white cardstock, stamp the tulips. I used rose gold metallic ink and a workable fixative spray to seal the stamping. Next, die-cut or trim a card front panel in white plus a coordinating pink mat frame layer. Then, layer the first (leaf) stencil over the stamping and add ink blending. I used teal for the leaves. Next, stencil the middle tulip layer using distress ink blending. Lastly, stencil the accent layer using glitter paste using a spatula. Dry completely. Also, stamp and trim a flag sentiment label with an added piece of foam tape. Finally, adhere all of the layers onto the card base, to finish.
