Hello, Gaylynn here. Are you ready for Fall festivities? This card is for spooky Halloween greetings. These Halloween eerie characters needed spooky night scene building. I used a mix of dark cardstock, colored pencils, ink blending and paint splatters to create this card.
These eerie characters are fun to work with for spooky night time Halloween scenes.
Helpful tips:
In summary, prepare an A2 card base in black. Also, trim a white inside liner for it. Next stamp each character next to each other in a row using black ink on gray cardstock. Also, trim that panel into a narrow rectangle shape. Then, add white and orange colors using colored pencils. Next, using round detailed ink blending brushes, add touches of distress oxide ink to the characters. Also, add black soot distress ink blending all around the scene and sentiment panels. Then, add distress paint splatters onto the card front and over the character panel. Heat set to dry everything. Finally, using thin foam tape, layer the panel and the sentiment over the card base, to finish.
This is another look at the card.
Finally, see this quick video process below.
