Happy Friday! It’s Julissa of Paper Gems by Jules on the blog ready to kick of your crafty weekend! Fall is in the air and in New Jersey, there are lots of fun autumn activities in the area including sunflower mazes. The new Winnie the Pooh stamp set called “A Brighter Day” has a giant sunflower and I had an idea!
I stamped, colored and fussy cut the giant sunflower and Winnie the Pooh. I then stamped, colored and fussy cut a portion from the Simply Sunflowers {Border Backgrounds} stamp. This will help create the scene.
I cut white card stock and used the Cloud stencil from the September 2024 Whit Kit, but you can also use the Cloud & Wave Stencil and Salvaged Patina Distress Ink to create a bright sky.
I stacked the “You Are So Wonderful” die for the “Happy Hello” Die Set with black card stock for a bold sentiment to stand out with all the bright and cheery sunflowers. The bright yellow is sure to make someone smile!
