Greetings, Gaylynn here. Today, I am sharing a monochromatic cat themed pun card. This is a quick and easy get well card to make. Add simple stamping, paper layers and a bit of ink blending and that’s it. This project is also up on the Unity Stamp Co. blog today. The supplies that I used to make the elements are linked below.

Sentiment:
Sorry to hear you’re not feline well.
Helpful Tips:
- Prepare an A2-sized side fold card base from white cardstock, 4 1/4″ x 5.5″ folded.
-
On white cardstock, stamp the cats together in three shades of neutral ink colors on one panel. And, stamp the sentiment near the top of a larger white background panel, smaller than the card base.
-
Die-cut or trim the stamping plus brown cardstock frame layers for the two stamped panels.
-
Add light tan ink blending in the middle section of the large panel and around the edges of the small panel.
-
Spritz a small amount of water over the ink blending on the background panel. Also, add white paint splatters.
-
Layer and adhere the background and the cat layer to the card base.
-
Embellish with twine and tiny gems, to finish.
