Hello! Andrea here introducing my weekly blog post for Unity Stamps…
I’m so excited to be crafting regularly again especially for my favorite stamp company. I’ll be here every Monday with a splash of color. First up to start the year is my first Valentine’s Day card for my youngest grandchild.
I got this stamp last year and didn’t get to use it so I was happy to pull it out for today’s card. You Otter Be is an adorable image with great sentiments for the loves in your life.
Here are the copics I used to color the image. I kept it simple and included my 0 marker which is used to fix mistakes of which I had many. The only direction I had when choosing colors is a memory of what otters looked like and my heart paper.
I used the Love is all around us paper pack. I reach for it all the time when making Valentine’s Day cards.
Here is my finished card! I also used the Big scallop and rectangle dies. I am loving them. How many Valentine’s Day cards do you make? I find them so fun and cheerful. Now that I have grandkids I love making them even more. Thanks for joining me today and I’ll see you next week!
