Greetings. Welcome to the Unity blog. I’m Gaylynn and I am happy to share a crafty pissy kitty snarky card, front & back. Sometimes we send funny greetings to those who appreciate the humor, especially to crafty friends. Today, I am sharing a snarky pissy kitty crafty card. This has fun art on the front and back sides. I used stamping, patterned paper and Copic marker coloring.
I hope it brings you smiles. The supplies are linked below.
Helpful Tips:
-
Prepare a white A2 sized card base, 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ folded.
-
Onto the back of the card base, stamp the Crafty Friends image in light blue. Then partially stamp the pissy kitty towards the bottom.
-
Onto smooth white cardstock, stamp the cat using ink suitable for your markers of choice.
-
Color the cat. I used Copic markers, but use what you have.
-
Trim and layer the cat panel cut to the stamp size.
-
Onto smooth white cardstock, stamp the sentiment in black, then trim or die-cut it.
-
Trim or die-cut a narrow rectangle from patterned paper for an offset background.
-
Tie twine around the bottom of that paper panel. Add the crafted with love sentiment over the twine.
-
Adhere the paper panel to the left side of the card front.
-
Center then adhere the layered cat panel towards the top of the card front. Optional: add dots or gems.
This is the front of the card.
And here is the back of the card.
Lastly, see the finished front and back sides of the card.
