Happy Monday! I hope that you all had a lovely weekend. We had gorgeous weather here and started on our gardens. I’m already obsessed with my flowers. I don’t have a green thumb but I try my best. Over the weekend I played with the May 2025 Kit of the Month. In particular the image of the man relaxing.
I used E13 in my skin colors to add more depth to his skin tone.
Next I chose his clothes colors based off of the patterned papers I was using. A great way to make your card pleasing to the eyes.
I colored the tree line by dotting the tip of my Copic markers. I try to leave some white spots but it is so hard for me for some reason. I need to really get used to having white spots in my image. Some of the colorers I admire are great it. Time to watch some YouTube tutorials. Of course my favorite ones are by Unity.
I used the Postage stamp nesting dies, a heart die and a rectangle from Scallops and Rectangles nesting dies. Added some enamel dots and it’s finished! I hope you like it.
