Happy Monday! Andrea here with a splash of color to start your week. Today I am sharing a card I made with the new release image called Fairytale Hello. When I first saw her I knew I would be adding her to my collection. She’s gorgeous. I know a little girl who love all things fairy and some big girls too!
I started out with her hair and skin. Here are the colors I used for a brunette look. I used to always color from light to dark with my copics but find myself going from dark to light now especially when coloring hair and skin. Next up was her dress.
After her dress I tackled her wings. I say tackled like this was hard to color but it was so easy and simple and I used just a few colors. I then cut her out with a circle die and used some very old patterned papers from my stash. Some gems, stickles glitter glue and she was done. Or so I thought. In looking at my card I found my eyes were more drawn to the black spaces. So Love and Wisdom background and champagne Catherine Pooler ink to the rescue!
I got the highest compliment from my daughter. She loved the card so much and wanted me to give it to her with a special message written inside. Of course! I hope you love this card as well.
