Hi everyone, Laurel here to share some holiday hot chocolate/gift card packets. I like to give a little something to my mail/parcel carriers as since I am a big online shopper they work hard for me đŸ˜‰
I included hot chocolate, candy cane, Bailey’s Irish Cream chocolate and a gift card to a coffee shop.
First up, I cut the main panel to be 4 1/4 X 6″ and folded it in half and adhered the edges together. I then created a decorative panel for the front of each.
For both cards I have used the Cozy Layers Mode as I love the large size of the mug – which… ‘I love big mugs and I cannot lie’. The bigger the better for me!
To give it a festive feel, I stamped the December month from the Bright & Merry Moments SMAK kit. These kits never go out of style and are a definite must in the stamping stash.
First, this card uses a snowman and sentiment from the Snow, Snow Cute stamp set. I must agree, these snowmen are very cute! A final touch of snowflakes and twine then I adhered to the packet.
Next, same basic card and procedure but I changed up the snowman. This time I used one from the Snow Way stamp set. Again, some adorable snowman.
Now to be home one time when my parcels are delivered so that I can hand these out. I do hope that they will warm up someones day.
Do you give little gifts to your mail carriers and such?
