Hello, Gaylynn here. Here is a pretty gladiolus floral card with a matching watercolor card, envelope & liner. Today on the Unity blog, I am sharing a way to coordinate the floral card pattern to the envelope and liner.
This trio of a matching card, envelope & liner combination makes for beautiful florals on the outside and inside of the envelope.
Sentiment: I’m so glad you were born!
Helpful tips:
These are helpful tips to create this matching watercolor card, envelope & liner. To begin, stamp and heat emboss the flowers in gold onto the smooth side of watercolor paper. Also, stamp the flowers onto the trimmed envelope liner and also the front of the envelope in teal ink. Next, add watercolor to the flowers. Then, allow the watercolor to dry or heat set. Also, score the liner to fit just below the envelope glue line and adhere it inside of the envelope. Next, dry emboss the card front and die-cut a circle for background layers. Finally, layer everything onto the card base, to finish.
For an A2 size envelope liner: Cut 5 1/4″ x 3 3/4″, score at 1 1/4″.
Here is another look.
