Hi all Amanda here with another Step it out Sunday.
Fathers Day is right around the corner and I have been buys making some fun ones up.
Do you like to make Fathers Day cards? I love to give handmade cards, people always seem to really love receiving them.
For our first card I used Kits
SMAK Be Diffrent
Slowly Turning Classic
Forrest Guy
I inked up the brick stamp with Distress inks Vintage photo, barn door, and spiced marmalade. I love this brick stamp, I have so many fun ideas for it.
I watercolored the Truck up in a light blue, and then added shading.
I used some stiched dies to cute out my back ground paper and lined them with black to really make them stand out.
Kits used for this one are
KOTM Stay Classy
Forrest Guy
I love using watercolors that seems to be what I always turn to. What is your favorite way to color?
I used Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Borders to cute off the top half of my card. I love to use die cuts.
Last card for today’s Fathers Day cards.
Kits used are
Your Worth it
Hey do you recognize this layout? Its the Sketch Challenge going on, on the Unity Show and Tell Facebook page!
I used the tire tread stamp and made stripes out of them and put them behind the gas pump. Don’t you just love this Gas Pump? It is one of my Favorite must haves!
I watercolored the Pump and used vintage distress ink around the edges. Then glued on the tire treads , then added the black paper.
I love embellishments so I added these cute little acrylic die cut stars to the tire tread.
Well that’s all for today. I hope you enjoyed our Fathers Day Cards. Don’t forget to come back Next Sunday, and as always Keep Crafting…
