Hello, Gaylynn here. I’m happy that you are here. Today, I am sharing Christmas nativity stamping with patterned paper. This card project incorporates a sweet Nativity scene.
This card design has easy paper layers and some Copic marker coloring. I added gems, metallic gold ribbon and sequins for accents.
Helpful tips:
- Prepare an A2-sized card base, 4 1/4″ x 5.5″ folded.
- Trim or die-cut a card background panel from patterned paper.
- Stamp the nativity scene and the sentiment onto white cardstock using alcohol-friendly ink or ink for use with your color medium.
- Color the stamping. I used Copic markers, but use what you have.
- Trim or die-cut a scalloped frame layer for the stamped panel.
- Adhere background paper panels together using flat double-sided tape.
- Adhere ribbon around the background paper.
- Layer and adhere the nativity panel over the card using foam tape.
- Add sequins or gems, to finish.
This is another look at the card.
