Blooming Tales,Whit-kit
Happy Sunday crafters! Echo here with some inspiration using the Blooming Tales, Whit-kit. I love this image. Who doesn’t love some pretty flowers and some good books? The vintage paper pack that comes in this kit is everything! Plus a coordinating die…eek!
Here is a look at the whole kit if you haven’t seen it yet.

No coloring cards!
First up, I feel in love with this paper that had a bit of blue peeking put here and there. I thought, hey I’m going to try stamping the image in blue (VersaFine Clair ink in blue belle) and go with a no coloring theme. Die cut it using the coordinating die and ink blended the edges. I used the Scallops & Aches nesting die set.
Next up, I kept with the no coloring theme and took the color prompt from the paper pack. There is a purple script writing on the patterned paper from this kit. I stamped the image with purple ink (Versafine Clair ink in Monarch), die cut and, ink blended the edges. I used the Scallop & Stitches nesting dies. With the larger of the stitched rectangles. Die cut some of the patterned paper and ripped it in half. Ink splatter the top of the card panel. Stamped the sentiment in same color ink and ink blended the edges.
I did a collage background with some of the patterned paper scrapes from the first card. I glued down the ripped up paper onto a card base using matte medium. Let dry and die cut the collage background. Add some distress crayon along the edges and blended it in using my finger. Paint splattered over the collage background with diluted blue and white paint. I stamped the image (VersaFine Clair ink in warm breeze), die cut, and ink blended the edges. Stamped the sentiment in same color and ink blended the edges.
Have a great weekend. Thank you, for joining me today!
